Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use SabiStudy (sabistudy.com). SabiStudy is operated by Abdulmalik Abdulwakeel, Nigeria (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using SabiStudy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Contact: support@sabistudy.com.

1. What SabiStudy is

SabiStudy is a study tool. You can upload your course material, ask questions about it, take practice exams, get exam prediction reports and track your results. Answers are produced by artificial intelligence (AI).

2. Your account

• You must give a real email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
• One account per person. Creating extra accounts to collect free credits or referral rewards is not allowed.

3. Credits and payments

• SabiStudy uses credits. Actions such as asking a question, adding a course, reading scanned pages, creating practice exams and reports use credits. The cost of each action is shown in the app before you use it.
• Free credits (on sign-up, monthly top-ups and referral rewards) are a gift and may be changed or stopped at any time.
• You can buy credit packs. Payments are processed securely by Paystack; we never see or store your card details. Prices are in Naira and may change, but a change never affects credits you already have.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and do not expire while your account is open.

4. No refunds

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Please choose your pack carefully. The only exceptions are mistakes on our side: if you were charged but did not receive your credits, or were charged twice for the same purchase, contact us with your payment reference and we will add the missing credits or refund the duplicate charge.

5. Academic honesty

SabiStudy is meant to help you understand your course and prepare for exams. You are responsible for following your university's rules. Do not use SabiStudy to cheat, for example by submitting AI-written answers as your own work where that is not allowed, or by using it during an exam. We may suspend accounts that use SabiStudy this way.

6. Accuracy of answers

AI can make mistakes. In course mode we show the page and the exact lines from your material so you can check every answer. Exam reports and practice questions are predictions and study aids, not real or leaked exam questions. Always confirm important information in your official course material. We are not responsible for grades or results.

7. Your content

• You keep ownership of what you upload (course PDFs, photos, notes) and what you write. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service, including sending it to our AI and hosting providers.
• Only upload material you are allowed to use for your own study. Do not upload anything illegal or that infringes others' rights.
• Shared course library: when another student uploads exactly the same PDF file (byte for byte) that you uploaded, we may let them use the processed version instead of processing it again. They only get access because they already have the same file. Your chats, notes, results and account details are never shared this way.
• Questions students ask about a course may be used, without names, to improve exam prediction reports for students of the same course.

8. Sharing links

If you share a chat or report, anyone with the link can view it without logging in until you stop sharing. Do not share anything private.

9. Acceptable use

Do not misuse SabiStudy: no attacks, scraping, attempts to get around credits or limits, reselling access, or using it to harm others. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and remove credits gained through abuse.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep SabiStudy available and reliable but cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. We may change features or these terms. If we make important changes we will tell you in the app or by email. Using SabiStudy after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, SabiStudy is provided “as is”, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

12. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Unused credits are lost when an account is deleted and are not refunded.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
